We accept returns of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or have chosen the wrong size and wish to return it.

• Please note that for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear.
• We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

*Defective product?

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email us at wasasa.eu@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.  We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

If you purchased a WASASA product from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies.  We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

 How to return an item?

Please write us the reason why you are returning the product by email at wasasa.eu@gmail.com and will contact you with the details to make the return.

You can send it with the courier company of your choice. Remember that you are accountable for the return shipping fee cost.
